This hybrid course is designed for licensed clinicians who have met their stateās minimum requirements for dry needling practice and are seeking to refine and update their skills. The course combines the flexibility of online learning with the hands-on experience of a one-day, in-person lab sessionā. This course will provide a thorough review of dry needling mechanisms, updates on safety best practices, and optimal patient selection strategies. A case-based approach will be utilized to review appropriate dry needling applications. We will also review literature updates related to dry needling techniques, dry needling for chronic pain, and electrical stimulation clinical integration.
It is your responsibility to know your state’s scope of practice and practice act regarding dry needling.
Course Level: Intermediate
Prerequisites: Successful completion of previous dry needling training that meets the practice requirements to practice in your state.
