IAMT’s 3 day, Trigger Point Dry Needling courses meet the updated Maryland dry needling requirements, which are set to take effect on October 1, 2018. Below is the approved hourly breakdown for each course. The combination of the 3 courses below meets the 40 hour theory / 40 hour practical requirements.

3 Day – Trigger Point Dry Needling Level 1
12.5 hours theory
14.5 hours practical

3 Day – Trigger Point Dry Needling Level 2
16 hours theory
11 hours practical

3 Day – Trigger Point Dry Needling Level 3
12.5 hours theory
14.5 hours practical

TOTAL 41 Hours Theory / 40 Hours Practical

Our 2 day courses have also been approved for hours (level 3 is pending) but you may need to take additional course work to meet the total required 80 hours (40 theory/40 practical) per the Maryland Board requirements.
